Return & Refund Policy

At ARCA Diamond, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may initiate a return in accordance with the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Condition: We accept returns as long as the gemstone(s) and ring shank show no severe damage (e.g., significant chips, cracks, major deformation or breakage, or structural looseness).

  • Minor signs of wear (such as light scratches or surface abrasions) are acceptable and will not affect eligibility.

  • Please include original packaging, certificates, and documentation when possible; missing items may affect processing time or ancillary fee assessments but will not automatically invalidate the return.

Not eligible (examples):

  • Noticeable chips, propagated cracks, or gemstone loss;

  • Severe deformation, breakage, or structural looseness of the ring shank;

  • Unauthorized resizing, remounting, design alterations, or any work compromising structural integrity.

Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at enquiry@arcadiamond.com with your order number for return.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions.

Shipping: Securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Policy

Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item and complete the inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

 We will provide free exchange and return service. 

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees or restocking fees.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, style, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
