Where We Ship

We are proud to offer shipping to a wide range of locations!

• United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
• International Shipping: We also ship to select international destinations. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Important Notes:

• Taxes and shipping fees are already included in the price of our products—there are no additional charges at checkout.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping (via DHL, UPS, Fedex Express): Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders shipped to the United States are Duties Paid (DDP), meaning we handle all customs fees, duties, and taxes. There will be no additional costs upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your orders securely. However, if your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@arcadiamond.com within 7 days of expected delivery. We will work with the courier service and ensure a resolution, including a replacement or refund as applicable.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@arcadiamond.com. Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
