Shipping Methods and Carriers

At Diamonds Bird, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. We primarily use reliable express courier services for all shipments to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Where We Ship

We are proud to offer shipping to a wide range of locations!

  • United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: We also ship to select international destinations. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Important Notes:

  • Taxes and shipping fees are already included in the price of our products—there are no additional charges at checkout.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Times

In stock orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days of payment confirmation. Please allow an additional 3-4 weeks processing for custom-sizing and special orders.

Standard Shipping (via DHL Express): Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped so you can monitor your delivery.

  • In stock orders will be delivered within 6-9 business days.
  • Custom-orders / special orders will be delivered within 3-6 weeks.

All orders shipped to the United States are Duties Paid (DDP), meaning we handle all customs fees, duties, and taxes. There will be no additional costs upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
