Yes. We offer full refunds within 90 days of receipt, whether you've chosen engraving, added a hidden halo, or changed the setting (such as a 2-tone setting, adding or removing prongs, or changing the number of side stones).
We'll start making your ring as soon as we receive your $200 deposit. This takes about two weeks. Once your ring is ready, we'll email you a balance payment link along with videos and photos of your ring. If you're happy with it, simply click the link to pay. Once we receive your payment, we'll arrange to ship your order within 1-2 business days. If you're not happy with it or have other requests, simply reply to the email.
Most customers make their balance payment within a week of receiving the balance payment link. However, we usually allow 1-2 months to make the balance payment, as some customers may miss the notification or have other issues. If you need more time for your balance payment, please email us and we'll be happy to help.
Yes. Our $200 deposit is refundable. If you're not happy after viewing the product videos and photos and would like your deposit back, simply contact us and we'll arrange it.
